House Rules
We want everyone to have a pleasant stay. Therefore, we ask you to respect the following house rules:
1. Arrival and Departure
- Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out should be done before 10:00 AM.
- Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
2. Number of Guests
- Only the number of people specified at the time of reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation.
- Visitors are permitted, provided they are reported in advance and within reasonable limits.
3. Peace and Noise
- Be considerate of neighbors and the surroundings.
- Parties and noisy gatherings are not allowed.
4. Smoking and Open Fire
- Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
- Smoke outside using ashtrays.
- Open fires (such as candles or fire pits) are only allowed if safe and supervised.
5. Pets
- Pets are allowed, maximum 2.
- If permitted: please report in advance and ensure hygiene and no disturbance.
6. Cleaning and Waste
- Leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
- Waste should be separated and disposed of in the designated containers.
- Please wash up after use.
7. Damage and Defects
- Any damage or defects should be reported immediately.
- Damage caused during the stay may be charged.
8. Use of Amenities
- Handle furniture, equipment, and inventory with care.
- Upon departure, please turn off lights, close windows, and lock doors.
9. Safety
- Follow safety instructions (e.g., use of gas, electricity, barbecue).
- Do not leave the accommodation unattended with appliances turned on.
10. Liability
- The landlord is not liable for loss, theft, or accidents during the stay.
