Cancellation conditions

1. Cancellation by the tenant

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: cancel, you will receive 100% of the paid rent back minus €50 administration costs
  • Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rent will be charged plus €50 administration costs.
  • Within 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rent will be charged.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will take place.

2. Changing the booking

  • It is possible to change the booking once free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability.
  • In case of price differences, the rate will be adjusted to the new period.

3. Cancellation by the landlord

  • If we are forced to cancel the reservation (for example, due to force majeure), you will receive the full amount back or we will offer a suitable alternative.

4. Force Majeure

  • In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or travel restrictions), we are happy to help find a suitable solution, such as rebooking.

5. Cancellation Insurance

  • We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance to cover any costs.
